INITIAL SCENARIO : 6 years ago a once proud, highly reputed technical university was losing ground and was struggling financially.

Strategy – Attracted short term financing to meet its immediate needs, followed by building longer term financial muscle through organic student growth, research grants and incubator support.
Team – Beefed up the faculty quality, wherever possible, through new hires and training.
Leadership – Upgraded and revamped the university’s leadership team to facilitate accomplishment of its vision and
associated objectives.
OUTCOME : Six years later, it has merged with another major university to become its technology school without losing its historical identity. Student enrollment and quality has improved dramatically. It has increased its research activities, set up local incubators for new ventures, and is supporting a major STEM effort within local community high schools.
