INITIAL SCENARIO : 10years ago it was in a relative start-up mode. Founder was chief “everything” officer – development, marketing, programs, admin. You name it, she was doing it.

OUTCOME : Ten years later, she sponsors a significant non-profit in her field, has promoted the Executive Director to CEO, and the organization is no longer reliant on its founder.
